Shipping Policy
Our shipping policies appear below. Orders also are governed by our Terms of Use, which you should review.
Continental United States Orders:
- Most internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
- Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
- Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
- Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
- Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
- Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. A physical address is required for shipment. For P.O. Box, we can only ship with USPS and also depends on the item if it is acceptable to ship to a P.O. Box.
- We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
Expected Delivery Dates:
- All dates are estimates and may vary
- Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
- 2-3 Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing
- 2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
- Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3-Day Express are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges and Insurance:
- Once your item(s) is in the shopping cart, all associated shipping and handling charges will be displayed. Once you click "Check Out", you will not be charged any further charges.
- All Phone Orders will incur actual shipping and handling charges per order.
Free Shipping – Within the US (48 States) ONLY
- At this time, we offer free ground shipping for HID kits and light bulbs. This means that you will not be charged the regular shipping charge based on our shipping chart. You will still be charged any “Additional” shipping charge that is stated on the individual product pages. Some products are oversized, bulky and/or heavy and require extra shipping above the regular stated charges. Each product page will state if that product requires extra shipping. You will also see that flat rate appear in the shopping cart before you checkout. If the item is not HID kits or any type of light bulbs, you will be charged based on the shipping rate and any “Additional” shipping charges. You will not be charged any more charges after the order has been completed.
Please Note The Following:
- We only ship to APO/FPO addresses with USPS, and for approved items only.
- California Residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders. Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law.
- All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.
- Your order will leave our warehouse in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when our shipper picks up your package. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
Return Policies
Most items may be returned for any reason, opened or unopened, within 30 days, for an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the merchandise not including original shipping.
All returns require prior authorization by Energy Speed. Please fill out RMA request form for a Return Authorization Number or email us at: sales@energyspeed.com. Any item returned without an Authorization Number will be returned to customers at customer's expense. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice, less any re-stocking fee. Merchandise showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise to Energy Speed.
Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packing.
Sale of clearance items are final. Only defective clearance items may be returned for credit or exchange.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Energy Speed Return Policy and will therefore be refused and returned to you.
Return Of New Unopened Items
Energy Speed allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchased date. We will issue a full refund or exchange of item. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Return Of Defective Items
Energy Speed allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. We will issue a full refund or exchange of item. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Merchandise will be inspected upon arrival to our facility. Merchandise inspected and found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing parts and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Packaging A Return
When returning merchandise, all items should include all factory packaging and accessories in its original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Items returned incomplete will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box with no writing on the manufacturer's box. For your protection, we recommend you insure your shipment. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return.
